Custom Beef packages-We are currently taking waiting list orders for beef packages. Beef packages are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Call to be put on the list. The typical wait time is six months. Quarter Beef cost $900 and be approximately 100 pounds of meat. Learn more here.

Pork-Available Now

Pork Items in our store: click here for list and prices of items such as ground pork, brats, hams, ribs and roast-available now.

Custom Pork packages:  We are currently taking orders for winter and spring 2025. 1/2’s and Wholes – $2.95/lb hanging weight plus processing fee (processing fees average approximately $0.58-$1.50 per lb.). An average whole hog will cost approximately $800.

Chicken-Available Now

Cornish Cross – $3.95/lb. Cornish Cross chickens are known for their large amount of healthy white meat. 

Freedom Rangers-$4.75/lb. Slightly different taste than the Cornish-Cross, more dark meat.

Chickens are frozen and whole. Cut chickens available with an additional charge and only if preordered in early spring.

Eggs–Call or email to be put on waitlist. Usually available in 2-4 days.

Chicken Eggs $6.00 per dozen

Duck Eggs $8.00 per dozen (also sold in half dozen $4) 

Goose Eggs $8.00 per four pack

How a Meat Purchase Works:

First call us at 952-461-3428 to order will-call items such as chicken, ground beef, and eggs. We will schedule a time for your pick up. You can also come to our open hours Tuesday and Thursdays from 3-6pm.

When you arrive at the farm, pull up to the garage of the tan house. We have two dogs who will greet you. They are very friendly.

If we don’t hear you pull up, feel free to knock on the door or ring the door bell next to the garage. If you called ahead we should have your order ready to go.

We will help you pack your coolers if you brought them. We recommend coolers if you will be driving more than 15 minutes.

To pay you will need either cash, check or credit card. There is a fee for credit cards. You can write your check out to Zweber Farms. 

Lastly, make sure there are no dogs, cats, or hens in your car before you pull away. (slightly kidding, but it could happen).
